Career opportunity – Trainee Accountant
Trainee Accountant – FULL STUDY PACKAGE Manchester Old Trafford £18,000 – £21,000
DoE Great Training and Progression Opportunities Full Study Support.
You will work alongside the wider accounts team providing full accountancy services to sole traders and SME businesses in a variety of industries. You will be responsible for overseeing individual accounts and supporting senior members of the accouCareer opportunity – Trainee Accountantntancy services team in providing a first class service. You will have direct client experience and the opportunity to add real value with the work you will be completing.
Key responsibilities of the job:
- Preparing VAT returns
- Preparation and maintenance of Accounting Records
- Preparing Management Reports ready for review
- Assisting with client tax/accounts queries
- Audit Fieldwork
- Ad Hoc duties as required
Key skills required for the job:
- Practice experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (Mainly Excel & Word)
